Store Manager Positions
We seek candidates who possess excellent customer service and communication skills who can lead the team and the store towards the goal of being THE BEST COFFEE SHOPS in the area! For the café to provide the best experience, it takes a commitment from everyone working in and around the café, and that comes from great leadership.
Applicants for Store Manager need to be interested in all aspects of the daily operations of a food service establishment, including scheduling, ordering, banking, hiring, training, supervising crew, promoting sales growth and providing excellent customer service. Attention to detail and problem solving are key skills to be successful. The ideal candidates will have demonstrated initiative and a proactive work ethic with an ability to learn, grow and excel. Candidates must have former Cafe Experience.
